The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall is a sprawling fantasy adventure

Return to the world of The Elder Scrolls with The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. Explore a land of magic and fantasy and join a battle between good and evil.

The second Elder Scrolls adventure

The second game in the popular Elder Scrolls series, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall expands on the original title in a number of ways. The intricate story sees the player carrying out a range of tasks at the behest of an Emperor, and during the quest, you will be able to make several decisions that will lead to one of several alternative endings.

The biggest map in the series

The game has a vast fantasy world with 47 areas to explore; between them, these include more than 15,000 different locations ranging from dungeons to cities. Daggerfall has the biggest map in the Elder Scrolls series, its virtual world roughly 161,600km in size.

Totally immersive

With a large number of objects to try out, including weapons, armor, and magic, the game will keep any RPG enthusiast busy for a long time. It is designed to be as immersive as possible and requires planning and foresight. Different weapons will work against different monsters, so you will need to choose the right equipment for each new dungeon.

A complex gaming experience

Multiple sequels to The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall are available, including The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Elder Scrolls Online. Between them, they have improved on Daggerfall in a number of technical respects, such as graphics and smoothness of gameplay. However, partly because of its vast map, The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall still retains appeal to RPG enthusiasts who enjoy retro stylings.

PROS
